Vol.41 これまで出版した写真集の紹介

2026年11月下旬に出版予定の新しい写真集『Resonance』は、私にとって4冊目の写真集となります。今回は『Resonance』の制作に向けて、これまでに出版してきた3冊の写真集をご紹介したいと思います。

Inception（2018年／バッファロープレス）

『Inception』は、モノクロの多重露光作品を収録した初の本格的な写真集です。表紙にはレーザー加工を施し、装丁にはドイツ装という特殊な製本方法を採用。作品だけでなく、本そのものをアート作品として楽しめる一冊を目指しました。全44ページに20点の作品を収録しています。
現在は私のオンラインショップでは完売していますが、Shashashaにてお取り扱いいただいています。

X-ing（2019年／233PRESS）

『X-ing』は、多重露光とクロスプロセス現像によるカラー作品をまとめた写真集です。「写真から音楽を感じてほしい」という思いから、サイズはレコードジャケットと同じ30cm × 30cmで制作しました。この写真集の出版後には、その想いが叶いシンガーソングライターのナオト・インティライミさんの配信シングル2作品のジャケットアートワークとして採用されました。この写真集に関する特設ページはこちらです。

Mission（2023年／233PRESS）

『Mission』は、モノクロの多重露光作品を収録した写真集です。制作・出版はクラウドファンディングによって行われ、目標額の158％を達成。多くの支援者の皆様とともに作り上げた一冊となりました。また、装丁・用紙・印刷に至るまで、印刷会社のタカダ印刷さんと二人三脚で試行錯誤を重ねながら制作を進行。そのこだわりが評価され、国内だけでなく海外からも注目を集める作品集となりました。この写真集に関する特設ページはこちらです。

そして2026年11月下旬『Resonance』へ

そして、いよいよ4冊目となる『Resonance』。本作も『Mission』と同様に、制作はタカダ印刷、出版は233PRESSが担当します。さらに今回もクラウドファンディングという形で、多くの方々と一緒に一冊を作り上げていきます。
16年間にわたり取り組んできた多重露光表現の集大成として、これまでの歩みを凝縮した作品集になる予定です。

クラウドファンディングの開始日は2026年7月6日（日）。再び皆さんと一緒に、この一冊を形にできることを楽しみにしています。どうぞご期待ください。

Vol.41 Looking Back at My Photobooks

Resonance, scheduled for publication in late November 2026, will be my fourth photobook. As I prepare for its release, I would like to take a moment to introduce the three photobooks I have published so far.

Inception (2018 / Buffalo Press)

Inception was my first major photobook, featuring black-and-white multiple-exposure photographs. The cover was finished with laser engraving, and the book was bound using a unique German-style binding. My goal was to create not only a collection of photographs, but also an art object in itself. The book contains 20 works across 44 pages.
Although it is currently sold out in my online shop, copies are still available through Shashasha.

X-ing (2019 / 233PRESS)

X-ing is a photobook featuring color works created through multiple exposure and cross-process film development. Wanting viewers to feel a sense of music through the photographs, I chose the same dimensions as a vinyl record sleeve: 30 cm × 30 cm.
Following the publication of this book, several works were selected as artwork for two digital single releases by famous Japanese singer-songwriter Naoto Inti Raymi.
While sold out in my online shop, the book is still available through Setagaya 233.

Mission (2023 / 233PRESS)

Mission is a photobook of black-and-white multiple-exposure photographs. The project was funded through crowdfunding, reaching 158% of its original goal and becoming a book created together with many supporters.
From the binding and paper selection to the printing process itself, every detail was carefully developed in close collaboration with Takada Printing. The result was a photobook that attracted attention not only in Japan but also internationally.

And Now, Resonance

Now comes Resonance, my fourth photobook.

Like Mission, it is being produced with Takada Printing and published by 233PRESS. Once again, the project will be brought to life through crowdfunding, allowing many people to take part in its creation.
As the culmination of sixteen years of exploring multiple-exposure photography, Resonance aims to bring together the most significant works and ideas from my artistic journey. The crowdfunding campaign will begin on July 6, 2026.
